About ABPairDB
ABPairDB leverages large language models and RAG techniques to extract and integrate antigen–antibody information from scientific literature and patents, enabling automated curation of data that was previously difficult to collect manually. It provides detailed annotations for each antigen and antibody—such as names, sequences, NCBI IDs, and relevant metadata—along with curated binding affinity data. Through a user-friendly interface, users can perform global or entity-specific searches, and antigen–antibody interaction pairs are automatically identified and presented.
